Yam and Red Dates Pork Rib Soup

1. Prepare ingredients: wash carrots, wash and peel off yam, wash ribs.

2. Red dates and peanuts are soaked in water first.

3. The ribs are blanched in a hot water pot for about 10 minutes

4. Remove the slick oil and keep the water for use.

5. Carrots and yam cut into pieces with a hob.

6. Prepare seasonings: sliced green onion, ginger, orange peel, codonopsis, and angelica.

7. Put angelica, dangshen and other spices on a piece of clean gauze, wrap it with gauze, and tie it tightly with white thread.

8. Pour the water from the pork ribs and the ribs into the casserole.

9. Add carrots and yam.

10. Add green onion and ginger

11. Add dates and peanuts

12. Fill up the water again, put it in the material bag, and start to simmer for about 2 hours.
