Yam Carrot Spare Rib Soup

Add water to the inner pot of the non-soiling pot, add green onion, ginger, angelica, aniseed, and bay leaves to boil.

Bring a pot of boiled water, and put the washed ribs in the blanched water.
3.
Put the blanched ribs in the inner pot and cook for 15 minutes.
4.
Put the peeled and diced yam, carrots and lotus root slices in and cook for 5 minutes.
5.
Put the inner pot into the outer pot with a lid and simmer for 40 minutes.
6.
Open the lid when you eat.
7.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
