My husband has been on business for several days. The time is short and the task is heavy. He eats so-so, and he comes back to say that the food outside is not delicious. Recently, I just entered a new casserole and made this heart-warming, stomach-warming and nutritious yam chicken soup. It added carrots that children love. The delicious chicken soup has the sweetness of carrots. My husband and children have eaten a lot.

Yam Chicken Soup

1. Wash the chicken, soak it in water, wash away the blood, cut into small pieces, and remove the chicken fat

2. Peel the yam, cut into pieces with a hob, and soak it in water right away. I put it a little bit late, a little bit oxidized

3. Carrots peeled and cut into hob blocks

4. Boil hot water in the pot, put the chicken pieces in to boil the water

5. Wash the chicken nuggets to remove the foam, drain the water and set aside for later use

6. Wash the red dates, wash the green onion and ginger, choose the green onion and slice the ginger

7. Put the green onion, ginger and red dates in the casserole after the water is boiled, and continue to boil on high heat

8. Bring the water in the casserole to a boil again, add the chicken pieces, and boil on high heat for 10 minutes

9. After the chicken nuggets are cooked, put in yam, carrots and Knorr soup, turn to medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes

10. Add some salt to taste, turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes

11. Boil enough time to turn off the heat, use the remaining temperature of the electric ceramic stove to cook for a while, you can start eating

Tips:

1. Wrap your hands with plastic bags or gloves when peeling the yam to prevent the sticky substance secreted by the yam from getting on your hands, making it uncomfortable to itch
2. Remove the chicken fat when cutting the chicken into small pieces
3. The soup-making tool can be replaced with other pots and utensils
