Yam Fresh Vegetable Soup

Prepare the materials;

Cut shiitake mushrooms into pieces; add 4 bowls of water to the pot, add soybean sprouts, red dates and shiitake mushrooms and cook for 30 minutes;

Cut corn into sections; tear the fungus into small flowers, peel and cut carrots into small pieces;

The yam is peeled and cut into pieces; tomatoes are blanched in boiling water, peeled and cut into pieces, and green onions are cut into pieces;
