Yam Pork Ribs Soup

Prepare yam, ribs, hawthorn, tangerine peel, ginger. (Because there is no big piece of tangerine peel I use a small one, so I just grab a little bit. If there is a big piece of tangerine peel, it is enough. Soak the big piece of tangerine peel with water to remove the white part)

Cut the yam into pieces, pour water and salt in a bowl and soak for about 15 minutes.

Wash the ribs and put them in cooking wine.

Prepare the ingredients in the electric pressure cooker and press the soup button to start cooking.

After cooking, simmer in a pot and add salt and chicken essence when presented.
