----yam Pork Ribs Soup----

Chop the ribs into small pieces and wash, blanch and drain the water for later use.

Steam the yam on the pot for three minutes. (This way the soup will not be so thick and the yam will not turn black)

Sliced ginger.

Peel the steamed yam and cut into pieces.

Put yam, spare ribs, ginger and a proper amount of water in the soup pot.

Cover the lid, adjust the soup button, add salt to taste after an hour and a half.
