Yam Pork Ribs Soup

The yam is peeled and sticky, so it can be handled with gloves.

Cut into chunks

Put the ribs into the boiling water

Remove the ribs and put them in the pressure cooker

Add yam, ginger, cooking wine, half of the salt, sugar, cover the pot, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat for 20 minutes. Add the other half of the salt after it is out of the pot.
