Yam Spare Ribs Soup

Wash the ribs and blanch the peppercorns for later use.

Put the ribs and ginger in a pressure cooker with water and boil for 20 minutes.
3.
Cut carrots and yam into hob pieces, and cut corn into sections.
4.
Add carrots and corn, and boil on low heat.
5.
Transfer all the ingredients in the pressure cooker into the casserole and put the yam.
6.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes on low heat, then let the salt out of the pot.
