Yam Stewed Chicken Soup

Heat the pot and pour the chicken nuggets;

Stir-fry the chicken nuggets without moisture;
3.
Add water and bring to a boil on high heat;
4.
Pour into a ceramic pot and add sliced ginger;
5.
After boiling, add yam and then salt;
6.
Stew until the yam is tender and ready to be served.
Tips:
1. Iron rod yam is only floury, yam is crispy.
2. The chicken nuggets must be fried and stewed with water. If they are not fried, they will have a meaty smell.
