Yam Stewed Pork Ribs

Boil the ribs in a pot under cold water

Then put the blanched ribs into the pot, and cut a few green onions into the pot. Then add hot water. (More water and less water, this is optional, I prefer to drink soup, so I put a little more water)

Then close the lid and select the soup button

When it's been cooked for 20 minutes, we press pause, open the lid and add the cut yam. Then close the lid and press the start button to let the rice cooker finish the remaining time

Sprinkle the cooked soup with chopped green onion and start eating
