Yam Stewed Pork Ribs

Wash the ribs and put them in a pot to remove any foam, wash and put them on a plate for later use.

Peel the iron rod yam, wash and cut into sections.

Heat oil in the pot and stir-fry with rock sugar over low heat, add the ribs and fry the sugar color, then add the pepper, green onion, ginger, aniseed, stir fry, pour in the right amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, and yam, stir evenly, pour in the right amount of water. It will be out of the pot after about an hour of simmering.
Tips:
1. If the time is tight, you can use a wok, stir-fry the ribs into sugar, add all the ingredients and stir-fry evenly, then pour it into the pressure cooker. If you use a pressure cooker, don't add too much water and don't put the yam early.
2. Add or reduce seasonings according to your own taste.
