The kneading procedure that comes with the bread machine is to knead for a while, then wake up for a while, then stir for a while, then wake up. So I always add butter when I stir it for the second time. Adding it too early will affect the gluten out of the dough.

Tips:
1. The baking temperature of this bread machine is just right, it won't have the thick skin of the original bread machine, and there is no need to wrap tin foil, and the baked shell is relatively soft;
