Yang Chun Noodles, Soy Sauce Noodles, Pickled Vegetable Noodles

Because my husband doesn't eat much, I use a small milk pot and boil it with clean water. The hand-rolled noodles bought outside, smooth it with your hands before cooking. After boiling, put it in the pot and stir it gently to let it spread out.

Shred the green onion diagonally, the beef in sauce, cut into strips and then dice.

Grab a small handful of pickled pickled vegetables.

Cook the noodles on low heat so that you don't need to fetch water. Don't forget to lay eggs in the pot during the cooking process.

Forgot to take pictures. Just use the soup spoon to describe it. In a bowl, a spoonful of dark soy sauce, half a spoonful of salt, 1/3 white pepper, 1/3 sesame oil, and chopped green onions. The noodles are ready and the eggs are cooked. Beat 2 tablespoons of soup in a bowl, and stir the ingredients in the bay.
