Yanghua Radish is Greedy

Buy fresh poplar radish from the vegetable farm.

Cut off the head and tail of the radish and wash it.
3.
Use a knife to cut the poplar radish one by one into a coat-like shape (that is, do not cut each piece connected in the middle).

Put the cut poplar radish into a clean container and sprinkle a little salt to marinate for 1 hour.

Put the vinegar, fresh soy sauce, and sugar in a small bowl to adjust the juice. If you like spicy, add some chili oil.

Gently squeeze the water from the radish, place it on a plate, add some radish cherry seeds to garnish, pour in the sauce and mix well before serving.
Tips:
1. Be careful not to salt too much when pickling radishes;
2. The sauce is adjusted according to your own taste.
