Yangjiang Steamed Pork Ribs and Meatballs with Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients: Pumpkin [Xiao Xu doesn’t need too much] I bought a large pork ribs, meatballs (you don’t have to add the meatballs) Yangjiang Douchi [I bought it ready-to-eat]

Because the ribs are more bloody, wash them after you buy them and boil the pot with hot water. Add ginger and wine to the water. After the water is boiled, pour the ribs and cook for two minutes to turn off the heat, then rinse the ribs with cold water and drain the water for later use.

Add small Xu rice wine, salt and sugar 1:1, 2 teaspoons cornstarch, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, small ginger and garlic, 3 teaspoons tempeh, and marinate for half an hour
