Yangzhou Fried Rice

Pour the beaten egg yolks into the rice and stir well.

According to personal taste, add in the vegetables you like, such as peas, corn, and carrots. Pour in boiling water and blanch.

Fry diced ham and set aside.

Pour oil in the wok. After the oil is hot, pour the rice into the wok and stir-fry until the egg liquid on the outside of the rice is solidified and squeezed.
5.
Pour the blanched vegetables into the rice and pour the ham.
6.
Add appropriate amount of salt according to personal taste and stir-fry evenly.
