[yantai] Creamy White Yellow Catfish Soup

The fish is cleaned and gutted. (My yellow catfish process diagram was deleted by mistake, and replaced by sea black fish. The production process of the two is exactly the same, forgive me)

Cut the green onion with an oblique knife, slice ginger, and cut parsley or green onion into sections.

Heat the pan, add peanut oil, and fry the fish over a medium-to-low heat.

Fry the brown on one side, turn it over and fry again, add the green onion and ginger.

Put in the cooking wine, cover the pot and simmer for 5 seconds.

After boiling on high heat, skim off the foam, change to low heat and cook for 15 minutes, and add salt 5 minutes before cooking.

Tips:
The fish must be fried and then boiled for the soup to be delicious.
