Yeast Bean Pastry
1.
500 grams of flour, 5 grams of yeast, 30 grams of oil, 20 grams of sugar, about 300 grams of warm water, make the noodles, and make it twice as big.
2.
Take out the dough and knead it smoothly, divide it into small noodles, and make your own size. My bean paste is about 40 grams each, so the dough I made is about 40 grams. It is rounded. I didn’t use dry powder on the chopping board. I applied some Oil, without dry flour, will not absorb oil when pancakes
3.
Roll out each agent thinly and put in the bean paste prepared in advance
4.
Close them up and put them down for a while
5.
Roll each pie on the closed side, and roll it out to a thickness of about 1 cm
6.
7.
Baked on medium heat, the biscuits will be cooked when they become discolored and swollen and fall again.
Tips:
When mixing the dough, there is no fixed amount of water added. The softer the cake is, the more delicious it will be. Of course, too soft is not good for mixing the noodles, so just try your best. Don’t mix it. It's hard.
The crust does not need to be thick, it will cook quickly if it is thinner, and the filling itself is cooked.
