Tips:
1. Put the good noodles in the refrigerator one night in advance, and the pancakes the next morning, there is plenty of time
2. The firepower of pancakes should be controlled well. If the fire is big, it will be easy to paste. If the fire is low, the water will lose too much, and the baked pancakes will become hard and not tasty.
3. If you like to eat sweet, you can add more sugar in the filling, and it is also good to replace it with brown sugar.
4. Without fillings, just bake them in a non-stick pan without adding oil, and it will be the dough of the bun.
