Yeast Cookies

Flour, yeast powder and warm water are mixed to form a smooth dough.

Cover the cling film and ferment to about 2 times the size.

Prepare the filling: stir and mix evenly with sugar and fried noodles, and serve.

Knead the fermented dough evenly and add it.

Take a dough and roll it out into a thick, thin dough in the middle.

Put in the right amount of sugar filling.

Tips:
1. Because the power of the electric baking pan is different, the baking time is for reference only.
2. For fried noodles with sugar, put the flour in the pot and stir-fry on low heat until it turns slightly yellow.
