Yellow Bone Fish Tofu Soup

1. Cut two pieces of tofu into small pieces and fry on both sides with oil

2. Add red pepper~ (I chose not spicy and sweet pepper) and ginger

3. The yellow bone fish is marinated in salt and then coated with sticky powder (so that it will not stick to the pan during frying and the meat will be better)

4. First heat the water a little bit and add the ginger tofu fish and chili

5. Cook until the fish soup is a bit milky white and add coriander and you're done!
