Yellow Braised Chicken Rice

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in hot water while keeping the shiitake water

Cut the chicken into small pieces and put it in a bowl, add the cooking wine and light soy sauce, stir evenly and marinate for 20 minutes

Cut green pepper into pieces with a hob, cut potatoes and onions into pieces, cut dried chilies into rings, and slice ginger for later use

Pour the oil in a hot pan, add ginger slices and dried chilies to stir fragrant

Pour the chicken and stir fry for about 2 minutes to start the pan
