Yellow Catfish and Radish Soup

Wash the yellow catfish.

Peel the radish in half and slice it.
3.
Saute the ginger slices in hot oil with a little salt, and fry the fish on both sides.

Cook a little vinegar and stir fry, give enough water all at once, and boil without covering the pot.
5.
Remove the foam.

Add radish and cook.

Sprinkle chopped green onion and season with pepper before serving.
