Yellow Spicy Ding in Clear Soup

Cut tofu into cubes.

Wash and shred ginger.

Rinse the yellow spicy diced rice and use kitchen paper to soak up the moisture.

Start the pan, heat the pan with cool oil, add the tofu cubes to 80% of the oil and fry until golden on both sides, set aside. When frying the tofu, make sure that the oil is warm enough before adding the tofu, otherwise it will stick to the pan. Fry it until golden and then turn it over.

Fry the yellow spicy dices on both sides with the base oil of fried tofu.

Add shredded ginger and bring to a boil over high heat.

Add the fried tofu and continue to cook until the soup turns milky white. Then change the heat to simmer for ten minutes.
