Yilu | Brown Rice and Lotus Seed Congee

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Take the amount of 100g.

3. Soak in water for about 4 hours, longer in winter.

4. Put it into an electric pressure cooker and add about 400ml of drinking water.

5. Cook for 40 minutes.

6. After 40 minutes, the fragrant brown rice lotus seed porridge is complete.
