Yimeng Fried Three Silks

Wash the pickle bumps to remove excess hairs.

Shred the pickles.
3.
Soak in clear water for a while to remove part of the salty taste.

Shred the green onion, ginger and chili, or break the red chili. Slice garlic.

Put oil in the pot, and stir-fry the red pepper and Chinese pepper first.

Add green onion and ginger and fry for a while

Drain the pickles, pour into the pot, and stir fry.

Put vinegar and white wine.
9.
Add green chili and garlic slices and stir fry.
10.
After the fire ceases, add the cooked sesame seeds and pepper, and mix well.

Sprinkle some chopped coriander, drizzle the sesame oil and serve it out of the pot.
