Dried red dates are peeled and pitted to make jujube puree. For the specific steps, please refer to the recipe-jujube puree.

Atractylodes powder, dried ginger powder, and Gallus gallus domesticus are dried and ground into powder, weighed for later use. The first two items were bought from a treasure. My mother collected the Gallus gallus domesticus, washed, dried, ground into powder, and sent it to me.

Pour the weighed atractylodes powder, dried ginger powder, and chicken gold powder into the jujube puree and mix evenly.

Add 180g flour, and make a dough.

Let it stand for half an hour and divide it into small doses of 15g each.

Use a mold to press into a pattern, no mold can be omitted, just roll it into a thin sheet.

Preheat the electric baking pan, brush a layer of oil, and put in the pressed cake.

Put a chopsticks as a support and close the lid. Bake up and down for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, open the top cover, turn the cake over, and continue to bake for 5 minutes.
