Yipin Crystal Shrimp Dumplings

Filling: 300 grams of fresh shrimp, 50 grams of pork belly, 50 grams of horseshoe, 50 grams of carrots, 50 grams of tender celery,
Crystal skin: 150 grams of orange powder, 50 grams of corn starch, 130ml of boiling water
Seasoning: white pepper, salt, white sugar, chicken powder, each amount

Filling:
Rinse the fresh prawns, peel off the shells and remove the prawn threads, save some whole ones, and chop the rest into prawn paste with the back of a knife; chop pork, horseshoe, carrots, and celery separately.
