Yogurt Bread

Put the main ingredients in the bread bucket in order.

Make the dough and serve in the bread machine.
3.
After the hair is finished, take it out for manual shaping.

After exhausting, divide into 16 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15-20 minutes.

Put the shaped bread into the mold and put it in the oven for second serving.

Brush the egg yolk liquid (egg yolk + water) on the surface of the bread and sprinkle with sesame seeds. (I forgot to take a photo, and I took it later)
7.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, the penultimate level, and serve in 20 minutes.
Tips:
1. It is best to leave two-thirds of the egg yolk to brush the noodles before baking. The color of the bread will be more beautiful.
2. Yeast should be increased or decreased appropriately according to the climate.
3. Remember to brush the oil in the mold before entering the mold, otherwise it will be difficult to demold.
4. The temperature of my oven is 20 degrees lower, so I set the temperature according to the actual situation of my oven. Different ovens have different lengths of time.
