Yogurt Brushed Bread

Homemade thick yogurt.

Put the yogurt, eggs, salt, and sugar in the bread machine.

Add high powder and yeast powder.

After stirring for 20 minutes, add the cut butter.

Stir it into a transparent film-like dough.

Put the stirred dough into the container and cover it with plastic wrap to ferment to 2-2.5 times its size.

The fermented dough is vented and divided into 9 equal parts. After being rounded, cover with a fresh-keeping mold to relax for 10 minutes.

Roll out into a rectangle, and cut into strips with a scraper on the bottom.

Roll up from top to bottom.

Surrounded at both ends, glued tightly to close the mouth.

Make them one by one and put them into an 8-inch round mold.

Ferment in a warm and humid place to 2 times the size. Brush a layer of egg wash.

Preheat the oven and bake at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes.
