Yogurt Cake

Separate the yolk and egg whites and put them in a water-free basin

Beat the egg yolks, add 10g of sugar and yogurt and stir evenly.

Sift and add flour and corn flour

Add salt and sugar three times and add egg whites to beat the egg whites until they are hooked.

Add the egg whites to the egg yolk bowl three times and turn it up and down evenly

Put it on a baking tray or paper cup and shake it until it is smooth and without bubbles.

Preheat 110 degrees in advance for 10 minutes, water bath, and then bake in the box for 60 minutes.
