Put three eggs, separated egg white and egg yolk into two oil-free and water-free basins.

Beat the egg yolks, add the yogurt and mix well.

Add the stuffed flour and cornstarch salt and stir until there is no particles in the batter.

Add white sugar and a few drops of white vinegar to the egg white.

Turn on the electric whisk to send to wet foaming (provided that the whisk has a bend)

Take 1/3 of the meringue and add it to the batter with a flip-type stirring spatula from the bottom to the top repeatedly and quickly to avoid defoaming.

Finally, pour the remaining meringue into the egg yolk paste and stir well.

Stir well and shake to produce bubbles. Put it into the lower part of the preheated oven. Bake for 45 minutes at 150 degrees in a water bath. Add tin foil and bake for another 10 minutes. Take out and cool.
