Yogurt, Mango, Taro Balls and Sago
1.
Prepare the required materials! The yogurt is refrigerated for later use!
2.
Bring the sago to the bottom of the pot, stir while boiling, cook until the sago is almost transparent and there are almost no white spots, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes, when the sago has no white spots, remove the cold boiled water and set aside twice! Handle mangoes when cooking sago and taro balls! Cut into small pieces!
3.
Turn the taro balls in the pot, and when the taro balls have all risen, they will be very brisk after taking out the cold water! Don't leave it in cold water for too long, it will be hard and not tasty! Remove and set aside.
4.
Put sago at the bottom of the bowl, then taro balls, mango, and finally squeeze yogurt and yellow peaches. Pour some yellow peach juice appropriately! Stir well and eat!
Tips:
I made four servings, if you make less, you can reduce the amount as appropriate! The flavor is better when refrigerated!
