Yogurt Mashed Potatoes
                            
                                1.
                                Peel and wash potatoes

                                The slices are placed on a dish in the microwave
                                    
                            
                            
                                3.
                                Put it in the microwave and high heat for 4 minutes
                                    
                            
                            
                                4.
                                Take out and flip
                                    
                            
                            
                                5.
                                Another 4 minutes (I do more)
                                    
                            
                            
                                6.
                                Take it out and let it cool without burning your hands
                                    
                            
                            
                                7.
                                Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and use a rolling pin to make a puree
                                    
                            
                            
                                8.
                                Shape with a spoon
                                    
                            
                            
                                9.
                                Just drizzle with yogurt
