Yogurt Mousse

Materials:
Yogurt: 100g, caster sugar: 40g, whipped cream: 100g, lemon juice: 2g, isinglass powder: 12g, cold water: 48g, Oreo biscuits: 60g, butter: 45g

Fix the mousse ring with tin foil

Roll the Oreo biscuits, melt the butter and add to the biscuits, mix well

Then put the mixed biscuits evenly into the mousse ring, flatten the bottom with a pressure plate, and put it in the refrigerator for later use.

Soak the isinglass powder in cold water to dissolve and set aside

Yogurt and caster sugar can be used together with warming sugar

Whipped cream

Pour the yogurt liquid into the whipped cream and mix well

Add lemon juice and mix well

Soak the dissolved fish gelatin powder to dissolve in heat insulation water, add it to the whipped cream mixture and mix well.

After mixing the yogurt mousse, pour it into the mousse ring prepared in advance, and put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies.

After the mousse is solidified, take it out and apply a warm towel around it for a while before demoulding and decorating.
