Yogurt Quinoa Salad

It's best to soak the chickpeas overnight, and just soak the quinoa for a while.

Clean and steam for about 20 minutes.

Just steam it.

Wash vegetables, cut cucumber and tomato into small pieces.

Put the vegetables into the bottom of the bowl.

Pour some quinoa and chickpeas.

Just drizzle with yogurt.
