Yogurt Souffle

Separate the egg yolk and egg white, pour the egg yolk into milk powder, walnut oil, starch, add a little water, pour in the yogurt and stir well.

Add sugar in three times, beat the egg whites, mix part of the meringue into the egg yolk, mix well, and then pour it back into the meringue and mix well.

Brush the bottom of the pan with oil, spread the batter, fry until the air holes on the surface are broken, turn it over and fry until cooked.
