This dish is our family's favorite. I used to go to restaurants in Guangdong and loved it. Later I found that it can be cooked at home, and it is not difficult.

Yongshui Tofu

1. Add appropriate amount of salt, starch, chopped green onion, and minced ginger to the minced meat and stir well

2. The tofu is divided into four (this depends on what kind of tofu you buy) and a hole is dug in the middle of the small spoon.

3. Stuff the marinated meat into the tofu.

4. Add the oil in a bowl, soy sauce and half a bowl of water to make the juice

5. Heat up a pan, pour some oil, add tofu cubes and fry on low heat,

6. Fry until the surface is browned, turn over the other side and continue to fry for a while.

7. Add the freshly adjusted juice and pour along the tofu until golden brown

8. Cover and simmer for 2-5 minutes

9. Then fire up the juice

Tips:

The tofu in each place is different. You can also use old tofu to make this tofu. After it is fried, put it on the plate and steam it. Then it is poured over the sauce. It is also good.
