Prepare ingredients

Add water to the eggs and mix well

Pour into dough stick powder

Stir into cotton wool

Make a dough, press repeatedly with your hands to form a smooth dough, let it stand for about an hour to proof.

Pull a piece of dough, knead it into a cylindrical shape, and squeeze it by hand (panel, hand greased)

Cut into flat dough with a knife

Then put the two noodles on top of each other, use chopsticks to make a mark in the middle of the superimposed noodles and stretch it slightly (as shown in the picture) (after stretching the dough sticks, you can put them into the oil pan immediately)

When the oil is hot, twist the dough stick a few times and put it in. Use chopsticks to flip repeatedly, and fry until golden brown.

The eighth step can be used to stretch the fritters in the ninth step. After stretching the fritters, put them into the frying pan immediately.
