Tips:
The reconciled dough is sticky, so you can put oil on your hands or put dry glutinous rice flour to prevent sticking. Grease the unfinished Qingtuan and wrap them one by one with plastic wrap. Next time you eat it, you have to re-steam it in the pot to make it soft and delicious. When smashing mugwort leaves, the amount of water used may vary depending on the cooking. If it is not easy to smash, it is recommended to stop and use chopsticks to help stir. Do not add too much water, otherwise the dough will be too soft.
