Yuanyuan's Love Mooncake

Mix 400g of flour, 250g of syrup, 100g of peanut oil, and 7ml of alkaline water to form a dough.

Because the abrasive tool I use is 75g, I knead the skin into 35g and 40g fillings.

Roll out the dough and wrap it around the filling and seal it.

Use an abrasive tool to press into moon cakes

Bake at 160°C for 5 minutes. Take out and brush the egg mixture on the surface. Then put it in the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

When the mooncake is ready, it will harden when it cools, and it should be placed in a sealed space. You can eat delicious mooncakes within 2 to 3 days after returning the oil.
Tips:
Brush the egg liquid evenly.
Mooncakes will become hard after they are made and left to cool, and they will soften within 2-4 days after returning to the oil in a sealed box.
