Yuba Ginkgo Pork Belly Soup

Put the ginkgo in a container and wrap it in plastic wrap.

Put it in the microwave oven on medium-high heat for 1 minute, hear the crackling sound, take it out, you can easily remove the ginkgo skin and underwear.

Cut the pork belly into thick strips and peel the ginkgo.

Add water, green onion, ginger, pork belly, cooking wine, aniseed, pepper to the casserole, boil on high heat and simmer for 1 hour.

After the pork belly is cooked, add ginkgo and yuba.

Add fungus and continue for 10 minutes.

Finally, add salt, pepper, chicken essence, and sesame oil to taste and turn off the heat.
Tips:
Ginkgo can be easily removed from the outer shell and underwear as long as it is placed in a microwave oven on a medium-high heat for 1 minute, which is very easy and convenient. But be sure to use a special microwave container, cover it, or wrap it in plastic wrap like I did.
