Yuba Mixed with Cucumber

Soak the yuba for 3-4 hours in advance. (If you want to shorten the soaking time, you can break the yuba into 4-5cm segments)

Drain the soaked yuba; cut cucumber and carrot into slices; mince garlic.

Put all the ingredients in a basin, add salt, sugar, chili oil and monosodium glutamate, mix well, and then serve.
