Yuba Mixed with Jellyfish

Soak the yuba in advance until soft.

Open the jellyfish package bought in the supermarket and filter it.

Chop the soaked yuba, carrots, and green peppers for later use.

Add appropriate amount of water to the wok and bring to a boil, blanch the yuba and carrots separately.
5.
Put the processed yuba, carrots, jellyfish, and green peppers into a large bowl, add the seasonings and mix well.
6.
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and mix well before serving.
