Yucai Classic ~ Jian Rotten Pork (stewed Version)

Put the meat into a pot with cold water, add cooking wine, two slices of ginger, bay leaves, star anise, pepper, start to cook, cook for ten minutes

After the meat is cooked, take it out, let it cool and cut into thin slices less than 1cm, and put it in a casserole

Shred ginger and spring onion, one star anise, fermented bean curd juice, vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, put them in a bowl, and crush the fermented bean curd cubes, add water to half a bowl

Pour the juice into a casserole, mix well and stew until the meat is soft and rotten
Tips:
The authentic method is to evenly spread the soup on each piece of meat, put it neatly on the pot and steam it for an hour and a half. The reservation electric stew pot I use in Skyrim is an easy one, but the taste is not bad at all!
