When I was almost full, I remembered that I didn't take the finished picture. My dad just came to Xinjiang and he doesn't know how to use natural gas stoves. The fire is a bit fierce. He said that there is no big wood-burning pot at home that works well.
Tips:
1. The local banquet dishes can be steamed and eaten. Two pieces of milk cakes are sandwiched with ham or bacon. The taste is also very authentic.
2. The salt and pepper used locally is a particularly white one, which can be eaten as a dip.
3. To put it bluntly, it is called cheese. The raw materials are hard to find in other places. I made this in my own village.
4. Friends who travel in Yunnan don't know the rice noodles that cross the bridge. The delicious ones are at the county and city level. Don't eat in Kunming.
