Yunnan Steam Pot Chicken

Wash the chicken and cut the ginger into large slices. Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper for half an hour. Do not put too much pepper, just a little bit. Peppercorns are best

Put the chicken in the bottom of the steam pot, put ginger and green onion on the noodles

Put the shiitake mushrooms on top, and that's it. You don’t need to add water to the steamer, because the air nozzle in the middle raises the steam into the steamer.

It was supposed to put a pot about the same size as the steam pot under the steam pot, but my soup-making electric pot had too little firepower, so I gave up.

Putting it in a large antimony pot is the same. Cover the lid. After the water is boiled, use medium heat for three hours. Pay attention to adding water in the middle, but do not remove the lid of the steam pot. Keep the water vapor at the bottom in the steam. Keep temperature and humidity in the pot.

After three and a half hours, it was finally out of the pot, opened the lid, and the aroma came out.

Finally, I took a recent photo without using chicken essence and MSG. The taste is very comfortable and the soup is very fresh.
Tips:
Steam pot chicken wants the original taste and deliciousness. You must not add seasonings such as MSG chicken essence. Just the above-mentioned ingredients, just keep it simple!
