Yuqian choose clean, rinse several times and drain, keep it damp.

Stir until each yuqian is coated in powder and without dry powder.

Put it in a steamer with boiling water and heat for ten minutes.

Take it out immediately after steaming.

Tips:
1. Do not drain the moisture of the yuqian too much, and keep a certain humidity to stick the flour.
2. The amount of flour can be added gradually, and each piece should be glued with flour as much as possible.
3. The juice is enough when you eat it, or you can mix it in directly.
