Yuxiang Lettuce Strips

Peel the lettuce and cut into strips. Cut some chili to increase the spiciness.

Put the hot oil in a hot pan and stir-fry the lettuce strips.

Then add the shredded chili and stir well.

Add some salt to taste.

Stir fry until fragrant.
6.
Drizzle with light soy sauce, sprinkle with fish flavour powder, and serve.

Serve on the table.
