A dish with a high hit rate in the legend. A dish that is said to be fishy but without fish tastes great when it comes with wine and rice.

Yuxiang Pork

1. Cut garlic sprouts into sections, and cut carrots into thin slices.

2. Black fungus soaked hair and shredded

3. Shred the lean meat and then 1 spoon of starch to make the meat fine and smooth

4. Pat the garlic, chop the dried chili, and change the ginger into shreds

5. Put more oil under the pot and dry the ginger. Saute the chili peppers over a low heat

6. Pour the shredded pork and stir fry, later add the bean paste and stir fry

7. Pour in carrots and garlic sprouts and stir fry

8. Stir fry for 2 minutes, black fungus, pepper oil

9. Then add garlic, white sugar, salt and stir fry a few times, shake off 1 spoon of old vinegar, stir fry a teaspoon of starch along the edge of the pan, add a little water, mix with 1 spoon of water starch, stir fry and serve.

10. Delicious fish-flavored shredded pork finish

Tips:

The meat grabs the starch and the meat is more delicate. Finally, the water and starch blend makes the dishes more shiny and delicious.
